withdrawal symptoms and the name
and phone numbers of all of his
medical contacts and counsellors
that he had spoken to in the previous
two weeks, documenting, with stars
and asterisks the exact dates,
symptoms, mounting desperation
preceding the imminent collapse
culminating in the ultimate act
which involved an overdose of
25 small bluepills that became
a slurry of quietude
in his mouth.
